She was very kind and patient, and gave us a positive outlook. She was very thorough and honest with us about what was going on in the process. There were a few times where we had some trouble staying in communication with each other, but we eventually got there in the end. I knew that I could ask her any questions comfortably. She has an excellent team of vendors who do great work in a really timely manner. I do plan to use her and them again very soon and have been recommending her to all my coworkers
